I was on my day off and was looking at some web sites when I came across some story of a person who had used TFT and gave details etc... I thought about this and I decided to try it for myself in the cover of my room. I then went to bed

I used the video clip of the young girl who did the demonstration with a friend who was experiencing a lot of grief. She went along for fun, although I knew it would help her. The next day she was much much happier. i'm not sure she knew why. I did. Also, I experienced a large degree of stress relief while trying to make a major move to a new country. I'm still dealing with the stress of a new job, new environment, basically a new life. It's wonderful to have this opportunity but sometimes I feel like I don't know how to accomplish everything.
